 American Hole ‘n One is seeking individuals passionate about golf to join our team of Golf Excitement Specialists (GES) for the upcoming 2023 golf season.

The GES role is a fully remote / seasonal position beginning in March with the opportunity to work part-time or full-time hours Monday through Friday until the end of September on an annual basis. Candidates will be responsible for executing our service strategy to provide our customers with a professional and efficient buying experience. The Golf Excitement Specialist is an integral member of our team supporting both Service and Sales. The primary responsibility of the role is to interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to consult and sell Hole-In-One Insurance for a variety of golf tournaments held worldwide. This team member will have a strong knowledge of the game of golf. Experience in tournament golf or within the golf industry is a strong asset.

Role Specifics:

• Support Sales and Service Teams and other internal department members to execute the company service strategy for our customers.
• Processes event bookings and event changes, as needed or requested by the customer, ensuring accuracy and utilization of appropriate technical systems.
• Builds personalized customer relationships through multiple channels of communication such as phone, email, and chat.

• Leverages product, programs, and risk management knowledge and communication skills to explain coverage terms, program updates, and other items to customers.
• Works in unison with internal departments to ensure a high-level experience for our customers.
• Manages time effectively to prioritize workload, client service requests and service parameters on business process

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and service experience
• Knowledge and experience in the game/industry of golf (player, tournament organizer, sales, service, etc.)

Preferred:

• Experience in a high-call volume environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized; ability to handle multiple events/deals simultaneously
• Team player who brings high energy and a positive attitude into the work environment
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Sports fan a plus!
• Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking, candidates are encouraged to apply
